Your new role
As a Motor Claims Officer your key focus will be on providing delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases. You will be using your excellent communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
This is a permanent full-time position with the flexibility of hybrid working. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional and effective customer service experience
- Answering phone calls and developing & maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders
- Processing and managing a high volume of motor claims
- Ensuring claims are documented correctly and resolved promptly
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
Your skills and experience
- Previous experience in Motor Claims
- Have an empathetic approach to customer service and have a passion for helping others
- Be engaging on the phone with the ability to type and talk effectively
- Be able to manage and complete competing tasks with the ability to critically assess and analyse tasks
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Hybrid working -enhance your work/life balance with only 1-2 days of work in the office
- Ongoing support and training to assist in developing and improving your technical skills within the role
