An opportunity has become available for a Motor Claims consultant to be an integral part of a small team, supporting customers with luxury brand vehicle claims management.This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney.
The Role:
- Managing end-to-end claims process from Lodgement, coordination including invoicing and payments
- Coordinating motor repairs and liaising with assessors, investigators and recovery agents
- Managing phone and email enquiries from clients and brokers
- Liaise with clients and their brokers regarding claims progress
- Database management; ensuring accuracy and navigating multiple systems
- Salary up to $80,000 + Super
- 2 days work from home

- Experience in end-to-end claims management across motor or home and contents
