Motor Performance Advisor - Repair

• Provide technical, system and performance management support for Assessors & Repairers
• 1 x Brisbane, 1 x Sydney based

You will provide the business with Motor Performance Insights via a dedicated Assessor & Repairer Audit & Quality Assurance Feedback Framework.
In addition, this role provides technical, system and performance management support for Motor Claims Assessors & Repairers, Assessing & Repair Managers, Motor Manager Claims & Head of Motor Claims enabling the business to provide the best customer experience and deliver the required repair quality, cost and timeliness outcomes.
What you'll do

• Achieving Average Repair Cost and Average Combined Cost Targets
• Supporting the decision making and actions of the Suncorp Personal Insurance Repair Agreement Repairers, (SPIRA) & Motor Claims Managers, Motor Claims Assessors to contribute to the achievement of cost, customer, quality & timeliness targets
• Completing Assessor & Repairer Audits
• Auditing Assessors & Repairers to ensure process adherence to AudaNet, SPiRA, SVRS, Suncorp Customer Management Guide, the Motor Assessing Hub, the Motor Industry Code of Conduct and written off vehicle legislations including heavy vehicles.
• Providing technical support and assistance to Assessors & Repairers. This will encompass, delegations, system and technical queries.
• Delivering 1:1 feedback to Assessors & Managers as required.

What you'll bring

• Qualified Panel Beater, Spray Painter or Mechanic
• Cert IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing (Desirable)
• Extensive quoting and estimating experience
• Demonstrated advanced oral and written communication skill
• Demonstrated advanced level of customer management
• Demonstrated ability to successfully advise and mentor people
