Job Summary:
As a Motorcycle Technician at Balmain Motorcycles/Scooteria, you will be an integral member of our skilled mechanical team. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and repairing motorcycles and scooters to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine service and maintenance of motorcycles and scooters.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults.
- Work with the latest diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and specifications.
- Complete required documentation, including service records and inspection reports.
- Assist with ordering parts and liaising with manufacturers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repairs and maintenance work to customers.
Key Requirements:
- Australian working rights!
- Excellent communication in english!
- Relevant qualification as a Motorcycle Technician.
- Proven experience as a motorcycle technician.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycles and scooters (most makes and models) mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
