Job Description:
As a Motorcycle Service Manager at On Two Wheels, you'll serve as the vital link between our customers and our proficient service team. Your duties encompass:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with service inquiries.
- Grasping customers' service needs and addressing concerns.
- Presenting accurate estimates and explaining service alternatives.
- Coordinating service appointments and maintaining schedules.
- Ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the service process.
- Conveying updates and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborating with the service team for efficient, high-quality repairs.
- Upholding our core values in every customer interaction.
- Communication with manufacturers and the service team.
Requirements:
- Passion for motorcycles with a solid understanding of maintenance and repair.
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
