- 38 hours per week - 7.00am to 3.30pm

- Above award rates and paid overtime available
As a vital member of our mowing team, you'll undertake essential maintenance across council-controlled roadsides and laneways, ensuring they are well-maintained and presentable. This role offers competitive hourly rates that are above award and commensurate with your experience.
Responsibilities- Efficiently perform maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, edging, brush cutting, detailing and litter removal
- Apply herbicides safely using backpack sprayers
- Keep accurate daily records of sites serviced
- Identify and report potential service delivery issues
- Complete all required documentation, including risk assessments, SWMS, pre-start inspections and timesheets
- Maintain and operate mowing equipment and tools with care
- Contribute to landscaping projects as needed
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Communicate effectively with both Team Members and clients
- Above Award rates to reward your hard work

- Skilled in operating Zero Turn Mowers, brush cutters and backpack blowers
- Previous industry experience with a strong focus on mowing and maintenance activities
- A qualification in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture is highly regarded
- A current and valid manual driver's licence is preferred
- You're physically fit, reliable, punctual and enjoy hard work
