Boodles Concrete is seeking a responsible and experienced individual to join the team as a Multi-Combination Driver. The main focus of this role will be the safe operation of loading and delivering of quarried materials to customer sites in Truck and Dogs.
Duties:
- Delivery of quarry materials to Company and Customer locations
- Ensure customers and the general public are treated in a courteous and professional manner
- Conduct daily checks on the vehicle and reporting maintenance as required
- Good communication skills and sound computer literacy
- Liaising with allocation staff, batchers and customers
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday
- Maintain vehicle presentation as clean and tidy (inside and out)
- Occasional overnight travel (Accommodation Provided)
Skills and Experience:
- Current MC (multi combination combination) drivers licence with related end tipper experience preferred
- Construction safety card essential (White card)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant transport laws and regulations
- Commitment to safety and the environment
- Provide a professional customer focus
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Be self-motivated with a professional and courteous manner
- A clean driving history
