The bulk of goods leaving this warehouse are Home Interiors, high end white goods and Kitchen Appliances. These goods require careful picking packing and moving from the Distribution center, to ensure damages do not occur in transit.
We have two vacancies for Permanent Multi-Drop Drivers to join the team in Cannington. These roles will suit applicates who have experience with planning delivery's and have a driving license report that has no infringement history. The successful drivers will be people who can work to timeframes and enjoy building relationships with the regular clients they will delivery to on the assigned regular route.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Monday to Friday 08.00am- 04.00pm
- Full time - holidays accrued and Carers leave
- Single axle trucks - HR attractive but not required
- Incentives and staff discounts for some appliances
- This role has manual tasks and will require a person who enjoys hands on and can apply safe lifting techniques.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load trucks and administer Paperwork
- General Customer Service and client account management
- Manage stock movement & loading/unloading deliveries
- Inventory management using RF Scanners
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Understanding DFOT% and able to manage continuous improvements to achieve set %
- Train new staff and provided coaching as required
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Drivers license with reliable transport
- Valid forklift (LF) license
- Stock control and dispatch experience
- Excellent Driving record
- Fatigue Management Certificate
- Comply with the Company Random D&A Policy
