THE ROLE
Reporting to the Condabri Field Supervisor the Multi Skilled Operator is responsible for monitoring, optimising and maintaining field gas production equipment. The Multiskilled Operator position is site-based on a rotational roster based out of central Queensland.

- Manage the integrity and production performance of an allocated field run within the Condabri area
- Monitor field production equipment and intervene when required to keep plant operational and within safe operating envelopes or defects identified quickly and repaired
- Review and act on well availability by ensuring wells are reviewed daily, wells are restarted promptly, and issues are diagnosed quickly, and a plan is developed to rectify
- Performing well facility and gathering adjustments for optimisation
- Conducting local and remote start-up / shutdown/isolation of assets as required, complying with relevant SOP’s

- Commitment to HSSE principles
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Coal Seam Gas or related activity
- Sound understanding of the tools and equipment required to carry out operational activities
- Ability to understand various lift technologies, and pumping equipment /separations systems
