We have successfully executed over 300 projects in Brisbane, facilitating all facets of civil works, including large multi-level basements, bulk excavation, shoring, detailed excavation, remediation, demolition, storm water drainage, roads, and car parks.
About the Role:
We are seeking Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team at the Gold Coast, QLD. We need operators with specialised skills and fully experienced: -
- GPS Dozer operator
- Final Trim Grader operator
- Final Trim Excavator
These positions are full-time after 6 weeks probation as per EBA. on-site role involves operating various types of Heavy Plant and Machinery with GPS such as Excavators, Loaders, Scrapers, Dozers, Grader and articulated dump trucks.
The Multi-Skilled Operators will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of excavation, moving, and grading of earth, and other materials as required and should be able to operate several types of heavy machinery and equipment at the same time.
Qualifications:
- Valid license of Heavy Rigid Vehicle (HRV) Driver or higher
- Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Operator and expertise in operating several types of heavy machinery and equipment.
- Only experience and final trim operators will be accepted.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures, regulations, and requirements
- Capability of providing clear and detailed instructions to others
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, if necessary
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Able to pass drug and alcohol tests as required.
- RII nationally recognised tickets are required.
- Initiative, Self-motivated, Reliable, and flexible approach to work
- Only operators who have enough experience must apply.
- Must hold white or blue cards.
- Have reliable transport.
