Concierge

· Permanent part time position

· 32 hours per week

· $42,000 - $45000 per year + superannuation

· Nth Sydney location, close to public transport

We are looking for Front desk Concierge for our site in the high rise residential market.

The Concierge will report to the Head Concierge and will be responsible for front desk duties including:

· reception, including responding to telephone calls and emails and greeting residents

· handling and distributing mail & parcels

· filing and email distribution

· maintaining records & reports, including patrols throughout the building.

The job will be fulltime (32hrs p/w), with hours to be worked between 3.30 am and 11.30 pm Saturday & Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 11.30pm – 7.30am.

Successful applicants must have:

· relevant previous reception / security experience

· advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills

· strong communication and interpersonal skills

· strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
