About the Role
Operators for Dozers, Graders, Water Trucks, and Excavators needed for rehabilitation work at an open-cut mine near Nebo, QLD. The project involves 6-12 months of extensive earthworks, including bulk dozer push and topsoil spreading, to complete the necessary restoration. This role offers DIDO, with provided accommodation in North Goonyella and carpooling to the site.
Candidates with production mining experience are preferred, but those with backgrounds in road or dam construction, site clearing, or final trim in a mining environment are also welcome to apply.
Water Truck Position:
- Water Truck - 777 + any other ancillary RII: Excavator, Water Truck, Moxy, Dozer and/or Grader
- Heavy Rigid Drivers Licence
Excavator Operator:
- Excavator + any other ancillary RII listed above
- 30T+ - ideally civil mining - tailings dams/civil infrastructure or similar
Moxy Operator:
- Moxy + any other ancillary RII: Excavator, Water Truck, Moxy, Dozer and/or Grader
Additional Requirements
- Standard 11 or willing to obtain
- Current Drivers Licence
- Full Australian working rights
- RII's competencies or SSE signed training transcripts, within the last 5 years
