Your Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the team of 18 Store Managers,
- Drive daily operations,
- Shape the success of Cable Melbourne.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations nationally.
- Providing training, coaching, and leadership to your team.
- Maximizing sales and managing operational standards.
- Interstate travel, ensuring all of your stores are supported and nurtured.
- Supporting new store openings.
- Recruiting high-caliber team members.
- 3-4 years' multi-site management in retail apparel.
- Department store and boutique experience desirable.
- Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and fashion expertise.
- Commitment to the Cable Melbourne brand.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Based in Melbourne, this dynamic, hands-on role requires a leader with a strong fashion background, a passion for customer service, and a focus on results.
