Global Talent Acquisition And Process Manager

Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader who can drive innovation and strategic development of our organization’s recruitment processes and be accountable for enhancements for the end-to-end management of attracting, sourcing and onboarding candidates.Our Talent Acquisition department is transitioning from an operational recruitment model to a more robust approach that leverages innovative talent strategies. This pivotal role will involve leading the implementation of cutting-edge recruitment process and technology, and working collaboratively with dedicated recruitment teams and leadership to deliver strategic talent solutions.This role will also be responsible for leading Corporate Recruitment campaigns for Head Office in Melbourne and our Office in the United States.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and enhance existing Talent Acquisition processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams and organizational leadership to align Talent Acquisition efforts with business goals.
• Drive the implementation of cutting-edge recruitment processes and technologies.
• Have a strong analytical mindset and can derive actionable insights from Talent Acquisition data.
• Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers and executives.
• Ability to build strong relationships and align Talent Acquisition strategies with business objectives.
• Compliance with all regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in respect to Talent Acquisition practices.
• Demonstrated commitment to staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging best practices.

In depth understanding of employer branding and alignment to candidate quality of candidate pools * Proactive approach to sourcing and engaging top talent for Head Office and US recruitment.

• Strong experience in building relationships and a strategic approach to talent pipelining to organisations growth objectives.
• Develop and implement innovative talent strategies to support attraction of top talent.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Experience in transitioning recruitment processes from operational / reactive approached to strategic and aligned with companies growth ambitions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to think laterally and drive change within the organization.
• Experience with implementing and leveraging recruitment technologies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies..

• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Proven experience in recruitment process analysis, executive recruitment, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and recruitment software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
