Description:

Osborne Richardson is currently seeking a talented Multimedia Developers to join our State Government client in Brisbane. This contract role offers an immediate start and is slated to run until the end of June 2024, with potential for extension.

Key Details:

Position: Multimedia Developer – Full Time (36.15 hours per week, excluding public holidays at the client's physical location)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm (spread over 5 days)
Work Arrangement: Remote work from home

Role Description:
As a Multimedia Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation and cultural change by embodying and promoting the established values of Commerciality, Teamwork, Innovation, and Accountability. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the Multimedia Team Leader and Instructional Designers to scope concepts, advise on design options, and determine software parameters for online educational content development.
Designing, developing, and implementing engaging multimedia content for educational delivery in blended and online environments, adhering to client specifications.
Creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that demonstrate contemporary design practices, meeting client requirements.
Reengineering existing products to enhance usability and functionality in alignment with defined requirements and web standards.
Leveraging technical expertise in applications such as Adobe Creative Suite®, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop interactive learning resources for web and Learning Management Systems.
Developing and following work plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client needs.
Staying updated with contemporary design trends and evolving technologies in educational content delivery.
Ensuring development work complies with relevant web standards, visual style guides, product development processes, usability guidelines, and quality assurance practices.
