We are seeking a talented Multimedia / e-Learning Developer to join our high performing team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will be skilled in transforming content into interactive learning modules, bringing storyboards to life through digital illustrations, and creating engaging e-learning experiences.
This is a 12 month Parental Leave contract position.
What You’ll Do
- Develop interactive e-Learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to transform storyboards into engaging digital content.
- Create high-quality digital illustrations and animations to support learning objectives.
- Ensure all e-Learning content is user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Ensure all e-Learning is accessible, responsive, and optimised for various devices.
- Assist in the maintenance and support of our LMS.
- Work closely with all the L&D team members and assist in all design and production requirements
- Stay updated with the latest e-Learning trends and technologies to continuously improve content quality.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Multimedia / e-Learning Developer.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, highly desirable.
- Strong skills in digital illustration and animation.
- Experience with other e-Learning authoring tools and software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
