Wellington Education Group has collaborated and partnered with a number of education and training institutions as well as higher education providers for students’ future study. We are looking for an Administration Manager with a friendly, proactive disposition and a great work ethic to join our team. This role requires a motivated and hands on attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out graphic design and typesetting of College publications, leaflets, flyers, posters, invitations and other documents.
- Plan, design, produce, maintain, and update College’s website.
- To work with the Director of Marketing and other colleagues on the digital production of the College’s publication materials, including short animation, imaging, presentation, audio and video clips.
- To work with departments across the College required, particularly Information Services.
- Carry out information publish of college website and social media platforms.
- Carry out design maintenance of college websites and social media platforms.
- Any other duties as reasonably directed by your supervisor.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Exceptional time management, self-motivated and flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills and highly proficient with Adobe Suite
- Proficiency in English both oral and written.
- Eligibility to work full time in Australia
