Multimedia Specialist

Incubeta Australia is looking for an experienced Multimedia Specialist to help design and develop digital content for Incubeta and NMPI (group companies). This is a Full-time position based in IncuBeta’s Australia office at Pyrmont, Sydney, Au.

Incubeta is looking for a Multimedia Specialist join the Sydney office.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years experience undertaking research and analysing functional communication requirements formulating design concepts for the subject to be communicated
• Preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations and layouts to communicate design concepts in a motion graphic context
• Has a great understanding of using design for user experience success
• Has a proven portfolio in designing top-notch mobile apps
• Proven track record of producing digital advertising projects on-time and within budget. 
• Passion for digital design and development.
• Experience across all media, including display, social, content marketing and web.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; including proposal development, ability to deliver convincing presentations and pitches.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Expert at generating new contacts, building and maintaining relationships; ability to develop and secure relationships with buyers, decision makers, influencers and other referral sources across a variety of industries.
• Expert in industry standard project management tools like Basecamp, JIRA and Asana.
• Working knowledge of and extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, HTML and CSS Video editing software, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of the Google advertising stack is a big plus. 
• Experience with Google Marketing Platform.
• Collaborative and team oriented, experience working with global teams. 

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for creative concepts, production and versioning of all creative assets against business needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and marketing specialists and other cross functional partners.
• Expanding your knowledge within UX, design, and tech
• Create low to high fidelity responsive designs and interactive prototypes.
• Develop creative concepts for digital display, social media graphics, video compilation and editing, electronic direct mail and template formation, creative campaigns including logo development, printed collateral, signage and display, corporate presentations and collateral and merchandise ideas
• Set up a production pipeline such that NMPi (Incubeta's parent company) will be able to offer and produce the specialized creative services in that market.
• In-depth training on Incubeta's creative and technical capabilities with primary focus on a wide variety of digital marketing collateral.
• Set up a production team within the APAC region to help produce new projects that
• come as a result of selling Incubeta's capabilities.
• Find the necessary resource, which will include but is not limited to designers, developers, strategists, producers, and QA, to actual create and build the final product.
• Evaluate, and prioritize targeted new business opportunities with brands and ad tech clients.
• Work on new business pitches handed-off by internal teams, and execute the practices necessary to successfully close these opportunities.
• Provide pricing guidance and implement budgets, schedules, and estimates from Accounts and Production.
• Consistently demonstrate leadership and teamwork orientation by successfully onboarding new projects to the production team.
• Lead the initial projects and have select NMPi employee's shadow and learn how to effectively produce these various marketing collateral.
• Meet with clients, both in-person and remotely, to set production strategy and managing production relationship throughout project lifecycle. 
• Lead day-to-day communication and project deliverables with internal teams. 
• Manage budget and resources to ensure project profitability. 
• Scope new projects, including developing budgets, resourcing needs and timelines.
• Ensuring that all creative work meets Incubeta’s standards for excellence.
