MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive nature.
? Ability to work in a team and to integrate into production pipelines and hierarchies.
? Contribute to an evolving design culture and company values.
? Ability to create both high and low poly models, baking normal maps from high poly assets.
? Solid understanding of UV layout for efficient texture usage and light-maps.
? Solid knowledge of PBR material authoring tools (Substance Painter or Quixel Suite).
? Ability to collaborate with project managers, providing them with roadmaps, tasks and
timelines.
? An eye for detail and ability to translate this to clients and affiliates, as they will be
responsible for Look and Feel in product and branding.
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
Qualifications and Experience
? Professional Graphic Designer studies
? Minimum of 4 years high level industry experience in a similar role
? Experience with polygonal optimisation and LOD creation.
? Experience with asset pipeline, integrating 3D models, textures etc. into Unity / Unreal.
? Experience managing teams, budgets, timeline and company resources.
? Highly proficient with at least one major 3D package like 3DS Max (preferred), or Maya.
? Highly proficient with Industry Standard Rendering Engines, both offline or realtime. VRay,
Corona, Unreal, Unity etc.
? Highly proficient with Adobe Suite for Image Grading / Compositing
? Highly proficient at 3D modelling, retopologizing, UV & texturing assets from reference or
concept art.
