Ettalong Bowling Club is an award-winning venue located on the beautiful southern peninsula of the Central Coast.

Ettalong Bowling Club is currently recruiting in the following areas:

• Experienced Gaming Staff.
• Bar and General Duties Staff
• Assistant Cellar Staff

Ettalong Bowling Club is committed to providing exceptional customer service to all of our patrons and guests through superior product knowledge, friendly and professional staff.

To successfully fill this role, the Applicant will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

• Bar Experience
• Cellar Experience (applicable to cellar specific roles)
• Poker machine and gaming experience (applicable to gaming specific roles)
• TAB and Keno operational experience desirable.
• Fun, outgoing & vibrant
• Previous experience in beverage service industry.
• Focused on service and customer experience and ability to deliver it personally
• Applicant must have relevant certificates including RSA and RCG.
• Accurate cash-handling and numeracy skills.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Maintaining a clean work environment by tidying, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Working knowledge of WH&S principles.
• Fully available to work: nights and weekend shifts.
