- Manage all new claims across the commercial property claim book
- Determine the nature of the claim and set a strategy for resolution
- Appoint adjusters, builders and other suppliers to coordinate a smooth end to end experience for policy holders
- Make strategic recommendations in which work for both the client and the company
- Prepare and write necessary reports
- Keep all parties informed on where the claim is at in the process
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Positive and Resilient attitude
- Previous experience within corporate customer service
Previous property claims experience desirable but not essential - Work autonomously and within a team to ensure deadlines are met
