About the business and the role

Prestige Landscape and Construction is a fast expanding Landscaping business that works with some of the most prestigious properties within the Macarthur and surrounds Area.

 90% of jobs are around pool surrounds, with the other 10% working on Large Full scale landscape jobs, We take on alot of specialised work and are highly recommended for these types of work.

Prestige are putting together a brand new crew to keep up with the demand in the area, The crew will consist of a Landscape Tradesman leading hand , a 2nd-4th year apprentice and an experienced Labourer.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Will be responsible Managing and leading the crews, to ensure all projects are delivered and performed effectively and efficiently in accordance with performance targets.
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, staff and management to support and facilitate the effective and timely completion of projects. Maintaining the quality and integrity of the company and the services provided.

Pool Surround Knowledge is a must have along with all Structural landscaping knowledge.

Responsible for helping the Trademan to the best of their ability, with 100% willingness to learn and acheieve absolute success.

Will be Responsible to give support to Leading hand and Apprentice with a willingness to learn and evolve.

Skills and experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Qualification in Landscape Construction
• Current drivers license
• Construction Card
• Excavator Experience
• Pool Surround Experience a MUST
• Knowledge in reading plans and benching out levels and works from start to finish
• High attention to detail is a MUST
• Concrete Knowledge Needed 

• 2nd-4th Year apprentice Only 
• Willingness to learn
• Current Drivers Licence 
• Vehicle Required 
• Hardworking 

• Previous experience for either Landscaping or concrete labouring
• Current Drivers Licence
• Vehicle Required 
• Willingness to learn and proceed up the ranks 
• Can do attitude and Hard working
