Title: MYOB Payroll & Personnel Administrator
Location: Bibra Lakes
Working Week: Permanent, full-time 38hr week with a flexible roster
Pay Rate: $38/hr, paid weekly
RecruitWest is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team as
MYOB Payroll Officer & Personnel Records Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing payroll processes using MYOB software while overseeing the maintenance of all personnel records, agreements and contracts within the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payroll Management:
- Process and manage the fortnightly end-to-end payroll cycle using MYOB software, for currently
circa 80 employees.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes and deductions.
- Stay informed about relevant payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Previous experience as a Payroll Officer using MYOB software.
- Understanding personnel records management and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations and best practices, advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
