Our Leaf team is expanding, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nail Artist and Beautician to join our friendly team. Become a part of our close knit and supportive community at our beautiful boutique salon located on King William Road in the heart of Hyde Park. We specialize in non-toxic manicures and pedicures (excluding Acrylic or SNS), nail art, brow microblading, lashes and brows services, face and body waxing, RF and Fat cavitation, organic and advanced facials, massage therapy, etc. We are passionate about our customers' experience and take pride in delivering all our services to high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform outstanding beauty treatments such as:

- Manicures and pedicures - with confidence in nail shaping and painting (no acrylics, SNS, or use of drills)

- Face and body waxing - including female Brazilian waxing

- Brow and lash treatments - including brow lamination, brow shape and tint, hybrid and henna tint, lash lift and tint

• Consult with clients, establishing strong relationships to understand and meet their beauty needs.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Nails or IV in Beauty Therapy.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment, meeting set time limits.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Available on Thursdays until 8pm, Fridays until 7pm and and Saturdays 9-3pm.

While prior salon experience is advantageous, we welcome candidates who are passionate about the beauty industry. Your enthusiasm and dedication are equally valued, as we believe in providing opportunities for growth in our inclusive environment.
