We are a family operated full service salon in East Fremantle which has been established over 20 years. We have a strong and loyal customer base, and we provide exceptional service.

At Bella's we are a skin specialist clinic however, we also offer a broad range of beauty treatments including:

• Skin: facials, advanced peels, cosmelan, mesoeclat, dermaplaning, Venus Versa IPL, skin resurfacing & skin tightening, nanofractional RF, IPL hair removal, octipolar body contouring & skin tightening, skin needling, LED, microdermabrasion, microhydraLift 
• Beauty: Waxing (face and body), tinting, eyebrow lamination, eyelash lifts, spray tans, massage, manicures, pedicures and makeup

We use the best medical grade skin care and makeup brands which include O Cosmedics, Medik8, Jane Iredale, Mesoesthetic, Ginger&Me and Jane Scrivner which allows our team to deliver life-changing results for our clients.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a part-time exceptional Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist to service an existing clientele and continue to build a strong client base.

You must be able and willing to perform all nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, shellac, gel, extensions and basic nail art to an extremely high level. Bio Sculpture Gel knowledge and previous training would be a distinct advantage however, full training will be offered to the successful applicant.

Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Proactively assist with reception duties when needed.

Consistently meet and exceed performance targets including revenue goals, client retention and customer satisfaction.

Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Must be willing to take content (pictures and videos) for our socials.

Retain and rebook clients.

Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client experiences and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.

We do not offer acrylic or SNS nails.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Cert III in Nail Technology.

A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty would also be highly regarded but not essential.

Possess genuine nurturing qualities and a passion for nails and beauty.

Able to contribute to a positive work environment and works well within a team.

Exceptional customer service and able to build strong relationships.

High standard of work and attention to detail.

A strong work ethic.

Confident in retailing.

Willing to learn and follow company processes, methods and techniques.
