We are looking for a wonderful part time nanny to join our family in Freshwater as I'm heading back to work for 2 days a week in August. The hours needed at this stage are Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 8 till 5pm. However if you are open to extended hours occasionally, the occasional extra day if you're available and night time babysitting that would be very helpful. We have two boys nearly 4 and nearly 2, they are lots of fun but very busy! We also have two very friendly dogs a bordoodle and a cavoodle so being ok with dogs as well as kids is important but appreciate not everyone is a dog person so totally understand if this doesn't suit. My husband works mostly in the office and travels a lot with work so he may be in and out on these days but generally most hand overs and communication would be with me. As a former nanny myself, I very much valued a positive and flexible relationship with the parents I worked with so understand how important this is.
Your Duties
General gist of the requirements in the day is just to get my youngest out and about, followed by his nap at home. Then pick up Oscar who is at preschool down the road and play with both while they have some arvo tea followed by getting their dinner started. I don't have a lot of housekeeping jobs needed, mostly just a bit of washing and unloading and loading of the dishwasher so we're on top of things but really the most important thing is that the boys are happy and enjoying their time with you.
