National Clinical Lead - Positive Behaviour Support
Salary field: $120,000+(Dependent on Experience) + Superannuation

Key duties:
- Maintain a moderate client load, experienced in conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments, developing interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans. Experience in implementing these programs across a diverse range of issues, cultural backgrounds, and age groups.
- Ability to mentor and coach others and facilitate workshops and training.
- Support the team to reach their KPI's, goals and professional standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Director, Operations Team and Team Leaders.
- Provide input and guidance on leadership practices, clinical compliance, HR, workplace culture and business development.
- Stay informed with compliance, professional practice standards and all relevant legislation and policies are adhered to.
- Work with our multi disciplinary team to get the best outcomes for our clients.
- Engage in strategic leadership in collaboration with the Executive team.
- You are passionate about building a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners that align with our vision.
- 5 years experience within Clinical Governance or Behavioural support in a leadership role.
- To be endorsed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at Proficient or Advanced level.
- Provide comprehensive clinical supervision to a team of clinicians, including graduates, core and proficient.
- You must have excellent report writing skills.
- You must have excellent time management skills.
- Have excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise tasks and complete them efficiently.
- Unrestricted Drivers Licence & access to a car for work.
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, First Aid & CPR, NDIS E-modules (or willing to gain these prior to commencement).
