As Demand Planning Manager, you will guide a dynamic team committed to delivering value by meticulously analysing patterns, market trends, and consumer behaviour. Your focus is identifying risks and opportunities within our national public course schedule to streamline planning and operations.

You will be responsible for spearheading collaborative discussions among internal stakeholders, leading to the formulation of mutually beneficial solutions that optimise business outcomes and elevate client satisfaction.

This full-time role is based at our new Head Office in Murarrie, QLD.
 

What you’ll do:
  • Support the Ongoing Expansion of Pinnacle: Foster the sustained growth of Pinnacle by employing consultative forecasting techniques, effectively managing your department, and ensuring accountability at every level.
     
  • Create and Implement Demand Planning Strategies for Success: Formulate and implement innovative Demand Planning strategies that align with our objectives, ensuring the achievement of both annual and monthly revenue budgets.
     
  • Analyse Market Dynamics and Adapt Public Schedules: Stay ahead of the curve by vigilantly monitoring and analysing patterns, market trends, and customer behaviour. Identify risks and opportunities in order to adjust our public schedule for optimal outcomes.
     
  • Continuous Improvement in Demand PlanningProactively identify and explore areas for enhancement within the Demand Planning process. Regularly report the effectiveness of Demand Planning to the executive management team, contributing to ongoing improvements and strategic decision-making.
What you’ll bring:
  • Be able to identify trends and opportunities from a variety of data sources, and present considered solutions.
  • Influence and lead conversations across the leadership team to deliver on strategic outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading, coaching & providing support to your team, to drive desired behaviours and outcomes.
  • Think outside the box and come up with unique solutions.
  • Have an eagle eye for detail.
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • At least three years of planning and scheduling experience (RTO experience desired but not required). 
  • An ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate to an outcome. 
  • Experience in developing budgets and a proven history of managing a team to achieve their revenue and profitability targets.  
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to make decisions with the wider organisation's best interests considered.
  • A strong level of digital proficiency and proven ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • An understanding of Adwords campaign structure, scheduling software and Google Suite products
