Current opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for you to join a successful and growing network as National Marketing Coordinator based in our Adelaide office, on a 12-month contract.

Reporting to the National Manager of Operations and Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the overall marketing function. This includes implementing the National Marketing plan to support the overall marketing strategy. In addition, you will offer support and guidance to our network's national resources and local member firms regarding their marketing requirements.

The role

This is a generalist marketing position, and the role encompasses a broad range of activities, including:

  • in accordance with the National Marketing plan, supporting initiatives in relation to brand positioning, digital marketing, communications, internal and external events, and campaigns;
  • perform research, CRM management and provide reporting as required;
  • creating various templates, collateral and assets using design software (Adobe Suite), ensuring adherence to global brand guidelines;
  • manage local end-to-end outbound marketing communications, including strategy, implementation, analytics and reporting
  • manage national digital platforms including website and social media, including creation of content, ensuring alignment to the National Marketing strategy, digital objectives and key messaging;
  • national merchandise and stationary management; and
  • working with external parties (as relevant), collaborating with networks national resources and local member firms to support marketing and business development requirements;
  • leveraging market data to identify potential opportunities for Nexia Australia.
About you

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years marketing experience, preferably within a professional services environment. Your experience should include:

  • proficiency with entire Adobe professional suite, particularly InDesign.
  • proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • analytical skills
The following are also desirable, however not essential:
  • digital marketing experience, including social media management
  • experience with other third-party and marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing (i.e. Campaign Monitor), communication tools (i.e. MS Teams), Project Management (i.e. Asana) and social media management (i.e. Sprout Social)
In addition to the above experience, you will:
  • have strong communication skills to express thoughts clearly, both orally and in writing, and an ability to challenge ideas respectfully.
  • be a conceptual and creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to make informed decisions and respond to changing business priorities.
  • possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside of the box for solutions.
  • be proactive with a high attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • have the ability to understand strategic business needs, develop corresponding analysis and recommend actions.
  • have a high level of initiative, motivation and drive to achieve.
  • have an ability to work under pressure, manage time and workflow effectively and deliver within tight timeframes.
  • have an ability to remain on brief and adhere to strategic direction.
  • have a genuinely collaborative, team player orientation.
