Position Summary
As an Events & Engagement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of NTSA's venue hire operations. From coordinating events to managing bookings and fostering client relationships, you will contribute to the success of our organisation's revenue-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate NTSA events and manage public and private tour bookings.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Seek out and develop new bookable opportunities to increase utilisation and revenues.
- Manage ongoing lease hire from stakeholders at NTSA venues.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the event process.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, social media promotion, and website updates.
- Support project work and contribute to the continuous improvement of venue hire operations.
Professional Expertise (Essential)
- Certificate or equivalent experience in events coordination/management.
- Experience in a fast-paced event delivery environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
