We have an opportunity for an experienced National Recruitment Coordinator to support our team, based at out our Laverton North Head Office.
In this part time role, you'll be an integral part of the team at Cahill, working closely with a diverse range of business units to deliver outstanding recruitment services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and improving recruitment processes
- Maintaining recruitment documentation
- Promoting the company brand to candidates
- Providing recruitment statistics and data reporting
- Ensuring diversity and inclusion in recruitment
- Implementing applicant follow-up processes
- Managing and improving job advertisements
- Advising on best practices and market trends
- Preparing reports, providing generalist HR support, and ensuring compliance with company policies
About you:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment (transport or blue-collar sector highly regarded)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated proficiency in candidate sourcing and management
- Capable of handling multiple recruitment roles and projects concurrently
- Knowledgeable on current employment law and Modern Awards framework
- Stakeholder management abilities, with effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the importance of managing sensitive information confidentially
- Strong written communication skills and computer literacy
- General HR expertise is advantageous
