That's where you come in, our SHEQ Manager extraordinaire! You'll be the driving force behind their strategic plans, managing all national SHEQ operations for the Communications business unit with your supercharged skills.
Reporting directly to operations, you'll work hand-in-hand with the wider business to ensure strategic alignment and support your team of three rockstars in driving best practices across employees and contractors in their geographical regions.
But wait, there's more! You'll be part of a collaborative culture that fosters an improved Safety culture, ensuring operational excellence and taking the lead on integrating recent business acquisitions into the group from a SHEQ perspective. Talk about a dynamic duo!
To join this powerhouse team, you'll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (diploma or higher preferred, but we're flexible for the right superstar!)
- Experience managing a high-performing SHEQ team across a geographically dispersed business
- Seasoned strategist abilities in setting goals across a diverse business
- Background in business integration and gaining ISO accreditations (a huge plus, but not a deal-breaker for the right candidate!)
- And of course, you'll be based in the sunny city of Brisbane!
