This role will involve:
- Ensuring customers love their lifestyle, offering them choices in a safe environment, and treating them with dignity and respect.
- Delivering safe and effective personal and clinical care in accordance with the customer’s needs, goals, and preferences.
- Leading and nurturing the care team to improve their clinical capabilities and overall engagement.
- Proactively seeking ways to improve the experience of customers and enhance their lives.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and organizational policies.
- Demonstrated high-level management competence in leadership, organisation management, time management, quality improvement, and staff management.
- Broad working knowledge in the provision of aged care, NDIS, and disability community programs.
- Experience in accreditation and working with staff and customers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Strong English communication skills and tech-savviness.
- Experience leading and engaging a team to perform at their best and recognising and nurturing talent.
- A tertiary qualification in Nursing, Psychology, or Counselling.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA).
- Holding an NDIS Workers Check and complying with guidelines of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission.
