Rentokil Initial is currently seeking an experienced National Warehouse & Inventory Recycling Manager with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Sydney—Lidcombe Office.
This role Coordinates the National Warehouse operations to ensure the quality of orders and supplies and the distribution of stock to the branches to meet customer expectations. It also implements and manages EFR recycling across Australia, ensuring the Reuse/recycling of goods and packaging.
Working alongside the Supply & Administration Team Leader to deliver the business goals and the company standards.
This is a busy operations role, so time management, good communication, and organisational skills are key. You will work alongside your warehouse team in this hands-on role.

Reporting to the Head of Of Supply Chain - Pacific your responsibilities will be:
- Manage EFR Recycling process across Australia
- Facilitate Training on the EFR Process to ensure appropriate handling of stock and reduce damage in transit
- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup
- Share reports with the stakeholders monthly.
- Receiving, packing, and processing/Storage of warehouse stock products.
- Liaise with Freight Companies for the collection of stock ready for dispatch.
- Performing warehouse inventory controls
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Report any discrepancies
- Completing all relevant warehouse-related paperwork and activities
- Understanding and following site quality procedures
The preferred candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Eligible to work full-time in Australia
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Experience with a forklift equipment and hold a current license
- Physically fit as some manual handling is required
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Confident using a computer/tablet and a mobile phone service app
- Prioritize in tight timeframes and be a great organiser
