ABOUT US
Catholic Mission is the Pope’s international mission agency in Australia. We partner with communities, helping them to flourish by supporting grassroots projects, including healthcare, education, and faith formation, and being an active voice for human rights. For over 100 years in Australia, and 200 years as a global network, we have provided crucial funding and project support to communities most in need across Africa and the Middle East, Asia, the Pacific, and the Americas.
THE POSITION
This position exists to uniquely support the development and implementation of Catholic Mission’s Youth Engagement strategy, with a view to connecting the diverse youth networks with our work and the mission of the global Church. The primary purpose of this role is to:

- Provide support in developing ‘mission’ pathways for young people to both experience and be supported in their ‘faith-in-action’ choices. Collaborate on a strategic approach that begins with primary and secondary schools’ engagement to post-secondary and young adult engagement.
- Support the development of partnerships that will broaden this engagement.
