This is an excellent opportunity for a naturopath or allied health practitioner with retail experience to take a step into industry. In this educational focused role, you will use your technical background to create engaging content that Blackmores uses to educate our staff and customers. Demonstrating exceptional English writing and communication skills, you will write and produce digital and print training material to educate people on Blackmores products and the healing power of nature.

Responsibilities include:
- Produce digital education content – create micro-courses and related resources for pharmacy banner platforms, the Blackmores BeCertified online program, and potentially, a pharmacy assistant-focused BioCeuticals online program
- Produce training presentations – create PowerPoint presentations, facilitators guides, and related materials for use in virtual and face-to-face training of retail staff
- Produce education reference tools – create a variety of print resources, including booklets, fact sheets, flyers, and infographics, to support product education
- International education support – create a range of resources, including global education toolkits, to support Blackmores’ international markets
- Stakeholder collaboration – communicate and work well with internal staff in identifying education requirements and communicating best use of created resources
Who are you?
- Must be a qualified naturopath, nutritionist or similar
- Ideally you have come from a retail or educational background
- Must be able to write and communicate at a high level
- Tech-savvy, able to use applications across the MS Office Suite and online training modules
