Naturopathic/Nutritionist Practitioner

We are searching for a highly motivated and passionate naturopath or nutritionist to join our rapidly growing clinic in the heart of North Sydney. We service local clients and we also see clients online all over Australia, New Zealand and USA. We are in a period of growth and expansion and seeking a committed naturopath to join our dynamic team.

 - As a practitioner you walk the talk when it comes to health and ensure your client-base receive an excellent level of care and support throughout their health journey. 
 - You want to have the support of an intimate, close-knit team, focused on the patient experience.
  - You are focused on patient health outcomes and can step up into this role and help change lives very day. 
 - You inspire your patients so that they are excited to undertake their naturopathic treatment and are enthusiastic to return for the next stage of their treatment.
 - You must be willing to practise in the clinic where support and mentoring will be provided on-going. 
 - Want to use naturopathy in its traditional form and treat the client in front of you holistically, not feeling bound to follow strict protocols, and really want to fully use your skillset and expand it even further whilst being mentored and supported to assist your clients in achieving optimum health results. 
- We are open to working with new graduates and support will be provided along the way to ensure a high level of education and patient success. We are also open to working with more experienced practitioners. 

The clinic utilises pathology and evidence-based functional assessment labs to assist in identifying underlying causes of conditions of our patients and therefor able to tailor treatment plans and utilise our core programs to the individual with precision. We also draw upon holistic naturopathic philosophy with very individualised treatment plans and offer tailored health programs for clients. 

The role would start out being 2-3 days weekly with the opportunity to move to full time. Consultations are done both in-person and via Telehealth, but we would require you to come into the clinic for some or all of your working days. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in naturopathic or nutritional medicine 
• Insurance and association membership
• Excellent knowledge and confidence mixing herbal formulas and prescribing practitioner range supplements. 
• Good computer and IT skills as this is a paperless clinic
• Sales experience
• Passion and drive to build clientele and carry patients throughout their whole treatment process.
