Steel Frame Detailer

Our client is a well-established fabrication company specialising in Steel Frame production and solutions.
Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a detailer / project coordinator to join their experienced project team.
This role will not only provide you with an opportunity to further develop your frame detailing experience with a market leader but also provide some great exposure to estimating and project coordination.Ideally you will have:

• Detailing software experience using Vertex BD, FrameCAD Scottsdale, is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of general construction processes, including LGS Frame and roof trusses (essential)
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• University or TAFE training in residential or commercial drafting is a significant advantage.
• Eagerness to contribute to our design and engineering team's ongoing success.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:.

• Review architectural and structural drawings to prepare detailed models.
• Prepare and modify existing drawings for manufacturing.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Liaise with fabrication team and engineers to coordinate works and ensure design accuracy
