ABOUT THE ROLE…
The Manager in Training will be part of the store management team and will be developed by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to effectively coach and motivate the team across all aspects of the sales and the customer service process. As Manager in Training, your main responsibilities will be to work closely with the Store Management team across:
- Sales Performance and Targets
- Visual Merchandising
- Management of Inventory
- People Management

- Is a customer service guru
- Has been in a supervisory role within retail (ideal/ but not a show stopper)
