We are seeking dedicated and reliable cleaners for in-house cleaning services, primarily serving NDIS participants. Our goal is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensure participant satisfaction.Responsibilities: Perform general house cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, with special attention to hygiene and no cross-contamination. Use appropriate cleaning products for different surfaces, including hospital-grade disinfectants and specific cleaners for windows, mirrors, floors, and hardwood. Handle all cleaning equipment properly, including microfibre cloths, wipes, vacuum, mop, and bucket.Key Requirements: Strict adherence to hygiene standards and prevention of cross-contamination. Appropriate use of cleaning products and equipment for various surfaces. High standard of overall cleanliness. Ability to communicate effectively and ensure participant satisfaction.
