In this hybrid position based out of Lake Macquarie, you will work within a small team from project to project, where you will be in a back end leaning role using .NET and React or Angular.
What you’ll be doing:
In this hands on position, you will be working within a small team, where you will be mostly coding in both front and back end development. You will be assigned to an ongoing project where you will be responsible for providing clean, reusable code in a mostly Microsoft environment.
You will be responsible for the analysis, design, development and support of applications working closely with other developers, testers and architects in your direct and wider team. You will act as a mentor to less experienced developers in the team and be tasked with providing input in internal meetings where you will advocate for best software engineering practices e.g. automated testing, continuous improvements and continuous delivery.
Experience required:
You will have at least three years of previous demonstrated experience in a similar role where you have used C#.Net. Although this role is back end leaning, you will have some experience in front end technologies such as Angular or React.
You will have exposure to API development and have the ability to troubleshoot and work within CI/CD environment. You will also have experience working with Unit testing frameworks and have knowledge of SQL.
Desirably, you will have experience in a cloud environment using Azure or AWS. But if you don’t, we would love to still hear from you.
