We are now looking for a Network Engineer, who will be responsible for testing/analysing Features and technical solutions. In this role, you will also be expected to contribute to profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.
In this role, you would:
- Responsible for performing analysis, audit, design, and optimization of RAN network based on technical knowledge
- Handle features/FFI trials end to end including PDU and customer engagements part of CD program
- Designing test case list for features and handling related customer discussions
- To have good network performance management experience and well versed with PM tools in use (ITK & NETAN)
- Analysing network performance and conducting solving activities and preparing RCAs
- Implement MTR SW testing based on fortnightly SW drops
- Supporting night activities for KPI monitoring and reporting
- Positive and collaborative attitude is a key requirement given CD team works closely (SW testing, feature testing, solving, network changes etc.)
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Minimum years of experience: 7 years+ in Telecommunications
- Excellent understanding and experience in RF Optimization in WCDMA/LTE/5G networks.
- Must have worked in capacity of Technical Expert/Domain Expert on large scale network swap outs projects.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience of 5G Features/FFI trials and software updates
- Proven examples of driving outcomes within timeframe & budget
- Extensive experience solving on complex 4G/5G technical issues
- Able to influence key customer stakeholders
- Excellent internal stakeholder management
- Strong 3GPP knowledge
- Deep Ericsson product solutions knowledge and PDU connection
- Excellent communication skills
- ITK and NETAN
