One of Canberra's State Government departments are looking to engage Network/ Infrastructure Engineers to provide technical support for operational and project related activities to provide support and maintenace for the departments network. The Successful Network/ Infrastructure Engineers will be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Network/ Infrastructure Engineers will be responsible for:
- Support and Maintenace of data network to agreed service levels.
- Assist with development of new network connections to clients.
- Effectively self-manage and prioritise demands within a team environment.
The successful Network Administrators/ Network Engineers will have:
- Experience installing, configuring and maintaining network services.
- Analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Skills and knowledge of developing WAN, LAN and wireless technologies.
