Provides strategic oversight to clients, delivering technical support and maintenance for cloud systems software products, and services across platforms. Responsibilities include hardware software support, implementing cloud technology practices, and troubleshooting at basic levels L1 L2

Job Qualifications

  • Basic technical cloud certification AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals

  • Basic skills in Project Planning and management i.e Agile .

  • Experience in a technical support role and maintenance of cloud systems and products.

  • Knowledge of configuring and optimising services on different platforms.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues at L1 and L2 levels.

  • Familiarity with various server and network technologies and protocols.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Strong problem solving skills and a customer centric approach.

Location: Melbourne preferred. Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra and Sydney considered
