As the Network Solution Architect, you'll be the driving force behind aligning the University's business and IT strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to network architecture, design, and roadmaps, ensuring reliability and manageability
- Provide leadership in network architecture throughout project lifecycles, making sound technical decisions
- Understand client requirements, deliver analysis, and recommend solutions, collaborating with stakeholders
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of network architecture, technologies, and emerging trends, ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement
You will have a demonstrated ability in leadership and management of change resources, connecting initiative outcomes to university strategy, and a strong understanding of Change Management and Project Management methodologies. With extensive experience in assessing Change Readiness, building productive relationships, and exceptional problem-solving skills, they contribute proactively and independently to achieving domain and university goals.
You will also have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in information systems, computer science or engineering to at least Bachelor level OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training such as relevant industry certifications (eg: CCIE, CCNP). Post-tertiary professional qualifications in architecture eg: TOGAF will be highly regarded
- Highly developed knowledge and skills in Network Solution Architecture and the architecture process
