What's on offer?
We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Consultant to represent a high-volume brand.
The role is open to results-focused consultants who are selling either New or Pre-Owned vehicles in the Australian Market.
Your day-to-day will consist of:
- Managing and nurturing all types of sales opportunities, including Internet, Phone, Walk-ins & Referrals.
- Presenting and demonstrating the latest vehicle models to potential customers
- Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and meeting CSI survey standards
- Offering additional products and services such as finance, trade-ins, and warranties
- Meeting/exceeding your set KPI's
We’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Proven experience in selling new or pre-owned vehicles in the Australian market
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering an exciting car buying experience
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional presentation and demeanour
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
- OTE $120K+
