Experience is essential and the following are the requirements for this role:
- Previous experience as either a new or used Car Salesperson.
- A proven successful record of achieving set vehicle sales targets.
- Exceptional customer focus coupled with a strategic sales approach.
- Highly organised, along with great communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer skills
- Current manual driver's license.
The right candidate must be able to:
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Work autonomously or in a team environment
- Communicate well
- Meet sales targets to achieve budget
