Reporting to the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to:
- A genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step.

Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30am - 8pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 1:pm
About you:
If you are a professional Sales Consultant who is confident with their customer service skills and is looking for a challenge, then we want you!
Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded however, individuals that are passionate sales people or who have a customer service background are more than welcomed.
You will ideally possess:
- New Car Sales experience (highly regarded- not essential)
- Must be motivated and driven
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets and perform in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have a valid Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
