The New Car Sales Manager will lead their department to achieve exceptional customer service.  Responsible for the culture of the department and motivating their team for success to achieve and exceed targets and budgets, they will play a pivotal role in the business’ success and the satisfaction of clients. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the entire New Car department runs at optimal performance.
