The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a physiotherapist to have a significant impact in the optimal lifelong health of others and further develop their own clinical excellence as part of our team of lifelong learners. This role offers a diverse caseload, including musculoskeletal injuries, chronic disease management, Chronic pain management, Clinical Pilates and rehabilitation.
You will have access to other health professionals for advice or mentoring including Podiatrist, Exercise Physiologist, Osteopaths, Acupuncturist, Myotherapist and Massage Therapist. In terms of the clinic we have a good size gym space with Pilates equipment (6 reformers, 1 Cadillac, split chair plus more), a multi-gym, whole body vibration, squat rack, treadmill and more. We also have some great objective measurement equipment including dynameters, AxIT, GaitScan, Real time US and The Mat™. For in rooms use, you have access to needling equipment, Bodyflow™, Laser therapy, and radial shockwave therapy.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Develop a loyal caseload
- Effectively communicate the best course of treatment to all clients to achieve long-term, sustainable outcomes utilising our Results4Life philosophy of care
- Demonstrate a high standard of clinical skill and work ethic
- Run classes as part of our client’s rehabilitation
- Be accountable to clinical performance standards
- Contribute to general growth and development standards
- Actively seek opportunities to network in the community and continue to develop existing relationships with local GP’s, sporting clubs and schools
About you
We are looking for someone who have/can obtain;
- Physiotherapy degree qualified
- AHPRA registration
- Working with Children Check (per state or territory)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Great work ethic and passion for optimal health in clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Punctual, organised, motivated and proactive with a high EQ
